James Gracom took great care of my truck repairs and was willing to work with me on cost. He didn't try to up-sell me at all and didn't BS me on what was wrong with my truck either. He knows his stuff when it comes to the old Dodge trucks and cars like my second Gen Dodge Ram. I will happily deal with him again for any further repairs that need to be made which I can't do myself. My transmission now runs better than my engine. Next thing on my list to do for my truck is an engine overhaul and I will be requesting James's services for my truck again when I'm ready to do it.
Rockwall Dodge. like the majority of dealerships, just can not seem to manage their service departments. Something beyond the dealerhsips control always causes delays. Larry in the service department did his very best to take care of the service we needed. He saved the day, or should I say the two days it took to get a simple recall procedure done. His concern for getting the job done made up for the delays. I hope you recognize the job he does for you and reward him accordingly.
They did the job right and the same day. Friendly people throughout the place. Comfy waiting area. Bad news was that the online appointment calendar was just to get a time to turn the car in. I thought it would reduce waiting by having a service slot. I had to take the loaner they offered from Enterprise. Service was completed after Enterprise closed at 6. At least the loaner cost only for gas.
Great experience with this dealership. Kevin was great. Not pushy like most salespeople; actually was patient, honest and thorough. He took the time to make sure all our needs were met and that we were truly satisfied with our purchase. The manager we dealt with was also personable and worked to get us a deal we felt comfortable and happy with.
Matt and Caleb were great to work with, made things effortless even though we came in late. Everything was ready to go without a hitch, highly recommended.
