What an experience! I called ahead and set up a time with Bailee Darby, Client Advisor, who made sure that every question was answered and every need was met. The overall experience was relatively quick and the time spent waiting on approvals, Bailee made sure that the time was not waisted. We ultimately purchased a 2024 Volkswagen and due to the experience we will be making another purchase from them again. Great job Bailee and overall team. Great Experience!

I had an issue with my auxiliary battery that Dallas Dodge at 635 would not fix or diagnose (see below). Nothing changed with my jeep, but I brought it to Rockwall Dodge and they actually replaced both batteries under warranty. Shout out to Erica for great customer service and handling the whole thing over text message. My bill was $34 for a tire rotation and new batteries in both key fobs! Erica and rockwall dealer are a reason I will go back there even though it’s a bit farther for me. Ask for Erica! She’s not trying to sell you ...
